Ferienhaus Maren für 6 Personen + Hund

The Maren holiday home has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. There are also 2 cots available. The house is equipped with child-friendly features (stair gate, 2 changing tables). The kitchen is located in the living/dining area and is very well-equipped, including a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, and an espresso machine. There is plenty of dishware. Across from it is the dining area with a cosy corner bench, perfect for enjoyable evenings of conversation and games. The living area features a large leather sofa set and a flat-screen TV. Unfortunately, the fireplace cannot be used due to fire safety regulations. From here, you can access the spacious terrace, where you can barbecue (no grill provided) and relax. On the ground floor, there is also a bedroom with a double bed and vinyl flooring. The bright shower room with a toilet and sink completes the ground floor. There is also a coin-operated washing machine available for use here. Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is also a cot and a changing table in each room. Additionally, there is a toilet on the upper floor. Wi-Fi is available! A sturdy storage shed for any bicycles you may bring is also available. The parking space is located directly in front of the house. Dogs are allowed upon request!

Parking at the house, fenced-in garden Shopping options are just a few minutes’ walk away. Key pickup for your holiday rental takes place on the day of arrival between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM or by prior telephone arrangement.

Note regarding linens:
Linens are not included in the rental price. We ask that you bring your own bed linens and towels.
If you prefer, we’ll be happy to provide both upon prior arrangement:
Bed linens: €10.00 per set and towels: €5.00 per set
We’ll leave the ordered linens for you in a laundry bag at the property. The beds will not be made!
Payment is straightforward and is included with the visitor’s tax as part of the final payment.
