Holiday Rental 10 is a 3-room apartment in the Anna half-timbered house and is located on the 1st floor. The apartment has approximately 46 m² of living space and is ideal for 2–4 people.
The apartment is laid out as follows: 1 bedroom (11 m²) with a double bed (1.6 x 2.0 m),
1 bedroom with 2 single beds (0.9 x 2.0 m), open-concept kitchen-living room (22 m²) with a pull-out corner sofa for 2 people (1.5 x 2.0 m), TV, stereo with CD and MP3. Kitchenette with refrigerator, dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, sink, electric kettle,
toaster, coffee maker, dishes, and dining table for 6 people. Shower room/toilet (4.5 m²). The kitchen-living room opens onto a 1.5 x 5.0 m balcony facing north with a view of the Binz Spa Park.
Dogs are permitted only in apartments 1–3 and 5–10.
Access to apartment 10 is via a metal staircase, which may not be suitable for pets (risk of damage to their claws).



Built around 1910 and completely renovated in 2000, Villa Rügen is conveniently located in the Baltic Sea resort town of Binz; the beautiful Baltic Sea beach is just a 3-minute walk away. Since summer 2009, the half-timbered house Anna (on the same property), located directly next to the Binz spa park following extensive renovation, has been available for booking.
The holiday apartments offer a beautiful view of the old Granitz beech forest or the spa park. You can reach Granitz and the spa park in 1 minute on foot. The fine-sand beach of Binz Bay or the town centre is a 3-minute walk away. Schmachter Lake or the pier is a 4-minute walk away.
