Designed for up to four guests, Metro House offers a private bedroom with a king bed plus a queen Murphy bed in the living room. It’s a comfortable fit for couples, small families, convention attendees, business travelers, and guests coming to Indy for a game, concert, or downtown event.

Inside, you’ll find a bright living space, fast Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, a fully equipped kitchen, and thoughtful essentials that make both quick trips and extended stays feel easy. Outside, enjoy a private patio and fully fenced backyard with plenty of room for your dog to stretch their legs.

Private parking is located behind the home and accessed through the alley. From there, guests enter through the backyard gate and use the rear entrance for convenient keyless self check-in.

Metro House is a private, single-level home with no interior stairs.

The bright living area provides comfortable seating for relaxing after a convention, game, workday, or afternoon exploring Indianapolis.

A queen Murphy bed folds down in the living room to provide additional sleeping accommodations for two guests. Because this bed is located in a shared living space, it does not offer the same privacy as the primary bedroom.

The outdoor areas are reserved exclusively for registered guests during the stay.

Parking

Private off-street parking is located behind the home and accessed through the alley. An additional street-parking space may be available in front of the house.

Guests should follow the arrival instructions provided before check-in, as the rear parking entrance may not be immediately apparent from the front of the property.

Guests should expect an authentic, evolving city neighborhood rather than a polished suburban setting. It’s a good fit for travelers who value proximity and convenient access to downtown while preferring the space and privacy of a residential home.

As with many centrally located homes, guests may occasionally hear typical city sounds.

Evidence of indoor smoking or an unauthorized party may result in a minimum $500 charge
Noise complaints may result in a $250 charge
Guests are responsible for damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning attributable to their stay
