Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist eine Katastrophe. Stehlampe kippt fast um und ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Lampe auf der Fensterbank ist unbenutzbar (bekannt), Wasserkocher lässt sich nicht öffnen, Backofen schließt nicht richtig, Kühlschrank Licht defekt, Abdeckung im Kinderzimmer von der Steckdose fehlt, Stöpsel für die Badewanne fehlt, kein Kosmetikeimer. Balkontür Knauf sehr wackelig. Für den heutigen Standard sehr schlecht ausgestattet.

Die Lage der Immobilie ist super. War für uns nicht neu. Wir waren schon einmal in dem Haus. Die Wohnung war auf den ersten Blick gut. Aber kann nur ein OK geben. Zu wenig Steckdosen. Eine Steckdose bei den Kids ohne Rahmen. Dreier Stecker Teilweise ohne Funktion. Eine Tischlampe kaputt gebrochen. Sollte man dann lieber entfernen. Bad relativ alt mit einigen Macken. Sauberkeit hätte besser sein können. Ziemlich viel Staub überall.

Sehr sauber und großzügig. Minuspunkte:die fehlende Bedienungsanleitung für das TV Gerät - normalerweise liegt in den FeWos zumindest eine Senderliste bei;Da es nur eine Duschmöglichkeit in einer sehr tiefen Badewanne gibt, fehlt für die Sicherheit ein unbedingt notwendiger Handgriff ;Beim Geschirr fehlte vieles: nur ein!! Weinglas, keine Sektgläser - das Sektfrühstück zum 70. Geburtstag fand somit mit Wassergläsern statt.
