Welcome to Apartment 87 in Building 3 of the “Vier Jahreszeiten”!

This very well-maintained 2-room apartment is located on the 9th floor of the building and will delight you with a breathtaking view: From the cosy, south-facing balcony, you can enjoy the view across the entire South Beach—with its new promenade—out to the sea, which is sometimes sparkling, sometimes stormy, and sometimes as smooth as glass!

The apartment is fully equipped for 4 people and features a combined living, kitchen, and dining area.

The compact built-in kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner stove, refrigerator, large freezer, dishwasher, and mini-oven for your self-catering needs during your holiday. Whether you’re enjoying meals together, having game nights, or planning your next outings at the large round dining table with its cosy upholstered chairs, on the big couch, or on the balcony furniture, there’s a cosy spot for everyone.

The living area also features a large corner sofa that can easily be converted into a sleeping area (180 × 200 cm). The large flat-screen TV.

The bedroom features a comfortable double bed (180 × 200 cm) and a spacious closet; this area can be separated from the living area by a sliding door. The interior design emphasises a bright, welcoming atmosphere, and a small additional TV invites you to relax before a restful night’s sleep.

The renovated, interior shower room features a towel warmer, an extra-wide shower pan with a low threshold, and a lighted mirror.

Is your dog simply part of the family, even on holiday? He’s more than welcome in this apartment! Our tip: Enjoy walks together on the Südstrand (only from November to March) or year-round along Großenbrode’s kilometers-long stretches of coastline, in the open countryside, or on the unspoiled Weststrand near the Fehmarn Sound Bridge.

Complex:

The “Vier Jahreszeiten” holiday complex comprises 6 different buildings ranging from 3 to 8 stories—just a stone’s throw from the white, fine-sand South Beach. These buildings house 1- to 3-room apartments ranging from approximately 35 to 50 square metres.
The buildings in the complex are located directly on the newly built promenade, whose wooden walkways lead through the dunes to cosy seating areas. Restaurants, shops, and recreational activities are within walking distance along the promenade.
In Buildings 1, 2, and 3 (NOT IN BUILDINGS 4, 5, AND 6), there are 2 lifts and a laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers (available for a fee) in each building. The dryers and washing machines are available for use by all guests at the complex.
A large car park with a barrier system across from the buildings provides one free, unassigned parking space for each residential unit.
