This little gem has many positives. We enjoyed the easy in/out access to the water. The boat ramp next door provides easy access for little children and old folks. Nice patio with electricity down by the water along with a fire pit. There is also a separate screened porch for the evenings. Gas barbecue pit for grilling. The house is on the older side but clean and well kept.
