LOVELY accommodations and CLOSE TO EVERYTHING . We walked to all the activities and so close to the falls we did not have to drive anywhere which I loved . The space was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Nice space to sit and relax and clean- which is so appreciated ! It is alot of stairs, however which was fine for us but if you had a guest that needed an elevator .....Great communication as well - we would definitely stay again and recommend to others when visiting the area!

Delayed arrival

We took the train on our way to Toronto from BC. It was a day delayed. I communicated with costumer service about it and a possible late check out to max out our little time in Niagra. Even though it did not happen, I appreciated the quick reply. The condoms location is great! Please add towel hooks in the washroom, a cloth drying rack is great to have for after boat ride. Elevator is a much needed for our group of 9 with two physical limitations for heavy luggages to bring 3 flights of stairs. The rooms are clean. And plenty of towels to use!
