We live locally full time in Fernandina Beach. We love the island and northeast Florida. It’s the island that time forgot. Consistently voted one of the best islands in Florida to visit.

Why they chose this property

This is a private oasis in the central part of the island. Walk 2 blocks on a secret trail to the beach. A 5 minute drive to downtown Fernandina. Close to restaurants and all the island has to offer.

What makes this property unique

This complex has the largest community pool on the island. It’s close to everything, and the perfect size for a small group of solo traveler or couple.
