The Space:

Inside, the bright, open layout combines modern finishes with a warm, comfortable feel. The kitchen is equipped with stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, both drip and Keurig coffee makers, and an island with seating for four—providing you with everything you need to prepare meals for your group during your stay. The living room includes a large sectional sofa, two chairs, and a smart TV for relaxing together at the end of the day. Between the kitchen and living spaces, the dining table seats eight besides sliding glass doors that bring in plenty of natural light and open directly to the patio, where a dining table and comfortable seating overlook the water. The fenced-in yard extends to the waterfront, providing a pleasant outdoor space to enjoy the view, sip your morning coffee, or spend time with family and friends.



This home comfortably sleeps 7 guests between 3 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a set of twin-over-full size bunk beds and a smart TV.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.



Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



This home also includes a half bathroom and a full guest bathroom with a pedestal sink and a shower/tub combo.
