Beautiful 3 Bedroom Villa in the style of the Languedoc with views of the adjacent vineyards and the Massif de la Clape conservation area, 800m from the long sandy beach of Narbonne Plage on the French Mediterranean. This spacious new villa (91m2) equipped to a high standard in a contemporary style and equipped for 6-8 people. The villa also enjoys a large private fenced terrace facing south (55m2). The terrace has a canopy for the Shadowsworn. The house is part of a group of 11 houses, which are secured by electronic gates. There is a large living / dining room (29 sqm), the spacious, fully equipped kitchen adjoins (11qm). Upstairs is a balcony (8m2) with table and chairs. There are two bathrooms and 2 toilets. The first bathroom has both a bath (80x180) and separate shower (90x90). The second bathroom has a shower. There is a large garage (18m2) and private parking

Very nice house

The location is good and the house has everything you need. Our small dog enjoyed the little enclosed courtyard.All in all everything worked very well. The bed in master bedroom could be bigger and softer:) Very nice neighbours . Lots of birdsong.

Base for exploration

Lovely house with well- equipped kitchen and nice patio area to sit outside. Good location for exploring Narbonne, Carcassonne, Gruissan and the surrounding hills. Beware mosquitoes. Some of us were badly bitten walking in the hills around La Clape. And this was mid-April. No-one was bitten while we were at the house

Das Haus ist recht groß, praktisch und gemütlich eingerichtet, verfügt über eine große Küche und eine schöne Terrasse.Der Weg an den Strand ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen.Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt!

Toller Urlaub in sehr schöner Umgebung

Es hat uns ausgesprochen gut gefallen. Die Lage ist etwas weiter weg vom Strand, was mit Fahrrädern aber kein Manko ist. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und die Verwalterin hat sich super um alles gekümmert.

Die sauberste unterkunft, die ich je besucht habe

Gleich vorneweg, die Sauberkeit der Wohnung war absolut unschlagbar. Picobello, so was habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Die Ausstattung ist soweit gut, es ist eigentlich alles da, was man braucht, wir waren zu zweit, aber wenn man da für eine Familie kochen möchte, wären ein paar Töpfe und Pfannen mehr nicht schlecht.Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, leider ist man ein bisschen zwischen den beiden anderen Hausreihen eingezwängt und Aussicht hat man nur von einem oberen Balkon. Aber die Wohnung ist wirklich ausreichend groß, ein schönes großes Bad, sogar mit Wanne. Fazit: eine sehr schöne Wohnung und es hat uns gut gefallen.

Résidence tranquille ( possible de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes...même si on a le sommeil léger) La maison est bien équipée et les meubles sont de qualité. 3 velos adultes et 1 pour enfant ( plus ou moins 7 ans je pense) Quelques jouets de plage et jeux de société. Pas de climatisation mais des ventilateurs et entre les gros volets en bois, la construction recente bien isolée et le côté transversant...on s'en passe ! Terrasse abritée Pour aller a la plage (800 m avec une promenade plus au moins a l'ombre) En voiture on a toujours trouvé des places de parking. Merci de nous avoir accueilli avec nos 3 chiens. Et a bientôt !

une bien jolie maison dans une station fort agréable

cette jolie maison dans un quartier sécurisé est parfaitement équipée. Tout y est depuis l'électro ménager jusqu'aux vélos et transats. En plus, le beau temps était au rendez-vous, ce qui n'était pas forcément évident en novembre. Anita assure un accueil irréprochable.

Schönen Urlaub gehabt

Die Übergabe hat super unkompliziert geklappt. Schönes großes Haus. Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Bad war auch schön groß. Schade das nur eine Auflage für die Liegen auf der Terrasse vorhanden war. Und für die Stühle auf der Terrasse waren leider gar keine vorhanden. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer war nach unserer Meinung komplett durch gesessen. Das Staubsaugen war sehr anstrengend, da sich der Schlauch ständig vom Gerät ablöste sobald man ihn bewegte. Was für uns sehr blöd war, da wir jeden Tag wegen den Hundehaaren staubsaugen mussten. Trotzdem waren wir im großen und ganzen zufrieden und konnten unseren Urlaub genießen.
