Our charming, chalet-style country house apartment in Dießen on Lake Ammersee warmly invites you to take a deep breath, let go of the daily grind, and enjoy the moment in relaxed comfort.
Located on the ground floor, this 107-square-meter apartment features a south-facing sunroom with a unique view of the orchard.
It features 2 bedrooms, a living room with an additional sleeper sofa, and a large kitchen-diner with a cosy dining area. Everything was freshly renovated and refurnished in 2023.

The chalet is situated in a central, rural location, about a 5-minute drive from the lake, in a very quiet and sunny spot within a spacious garden. Every room in the chalet offers a beautiful view of the idyllic garden with mature trees (apple and pear trees). A south-facing sunroom, with its tasteful interior and a unique view of the garden landscape, invites you to linger. The sunroom is unheated.

The spacious, fully equipped kitchen-diner is outfitted with high-quality appliances (dishwasher, oven with glass-ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer) as well as a toaster, electric kettle, and a DeLonghi Nespresso coffee machine. A French press and a coffee pot with a filter are also available. There is an ample supply of high-quality tableware. A selection of spices and teas is available. Tea towels are provided. The kitchen-dining area features a large, solid oak table with five chairs.

In the living room, a pull-out couch (140x200) in front of the satellite TV invites you to relax and unwind. A desk is available for working. Unlimited Wi-Fi is available. Direct access to the sunroom is possible from the living room. Lounge furniture and deck chairs are provided for relaxing.

The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180x200) and a large wardrobe. The second bedroom also features a double bed (180x200). All living areas can be darkened using an internal locking mechanism on the wooden shutters. The beds are made with fresh linens upon arrival.

The light-filled bathroom is equipped with a shower featuring a clear glass shower enclosure, as well as a hair dryer and soap dispenser. A sufficient supply of high-quality hand and bath towels is provided.

A Siemens washing machine and a Siemens clothes dryer are available in the basement of the house. An ironing board and iron are also provided.

The apartment has been completely refurnished, lovingly renovated, and will be available as a holiday rental starting in fall 2023.

The entire ground-floor holiday apartment is available for your exclusive use. A private parking space on the property is included with the apartment. The local bus stop is just a few minutes’ walk away.

The recognised climatic health resort of Dießen (533 m above sea level), with its approximately 12,000 residents, is located on the western shore of Lake Ammer and is considered one of the most beautiful holiday regions in Germany within the “Land of Five Lakes.” Visitors and holidaymakers can choose from numerous recreational and entertainment options. Crafts, art, and culture can be experienced in depth in the market town of Dießen.

The Ammersee is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts.

The 18-hole Hohenpähl Golf Club is about a 15-minute drive away.

In winter, the “Fünfseenland” region offers idyllic Christmas markets with culinary highlights and an enchanting winter landscape.
