This newly built holiday rental with a terrace, spread over two floors, offers plenty of comfort in the heart of the mountains and invites you to relax and unwind. Here, in our newly built holiday rental, you can enjoy your holiday with friends! Our house, which we built with great care and joy, is located in the quiet area of Boden/Zaunhof. Our holiday rental features a spacious kitchen-living room with a TV corner on the ground floor, as well as two separate bedrooms—each with three beds—and a separate bathroom/toilet on the upper floor. A large balcony connects the two bedrooms, where you can enjoy the beautiful view. A separate terrace on the ground floor with a cosy seating area also invites you to relax and unwind. The daily bread roll delivery service ensures a great start to your day. Smoking is NOT permitted in our apartment, and it is also not suitable for pets! Enjoy the mountains and experience nature in all its splendour—you can do both at Apart Alpenflair in both summer and winter! Whether you’re heading to alpine pastures, mountain huts, or mountain peaks, our house is ideally located for hiking and mountaineering. A walking trail—which is used as a cross-country ski trail in winter—is right next to our house! There’s also a bus stop for hiking and ski buses about 50 metres from our house. In winter, we offer access to the Hochzeiger (Jerzens) and Rifflsee (Mandarfen) ski areas, as well as Tyrol’s highest glacier—the Pitztal Glacier. Cross-country skiing, snowboarding, downhill skiing, sledding, and more… here you can enjoy all kinds of winter sports and then treat yourself to culinary delights at the mountain restaurants. Mountain Summer/Mountain Winter—Whether you’d like to spend your holiday with us in summer or winter, the Pitztal has plenty to offer in every season. For your summer holiday, we’d like to recommend the following: our wonderful alpine pastures, impressive mountain huts, majestic mountain peaks, and beautiful walking trails that lead right past our house; Pitzpark in Wenns, Zirbenpark in Jerzens (Hochzeiger), the natural swimming pond in Stillebach, and Rifflsee—one of the highest mountain lakes. Our romantic Pitztal has plenty to offer—feel free to check the tourism association’s website for more information or simply ask us directly during your stay. And there’s plenty to look forward to in winter as well: the Pitztal Glacier with Café 3440 and Austria’s highest registry office, the Rifflsee ski area, the Hochzeiger ski area, and numerous cross-country ski trails—including a beautiful one that runs right past our house!!! A great area for ice climbers, beautiful and romantic walking trails, horse-drawn sleigh rides, and toboggan runs. Holiday Rental:

NON-SMOKING apartment—no pets allowed, separate entrance.
Kitchen amenities: Ceramic cooktop with range hood, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric kettle, filter coffee maker, and all the essential kitchen utensils. Seating area with a large table; TV corner in the dining area with a separate couch; 2 bedrooms, each with 3 beds (1 double bed, 1 single bed) including ample storage space, bathroom with shower and toilet—plush towels and toilet paper (2 rolls), sun terrace with seating on the ground floor and a large balcony on the upper floor, 2 parking spaces, Wi-Fi, daily bread roll service, skis: storage available in the basement—separate entrance behind the house; ski equipment: storage and shelter in the ski room



Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to midnight, and check-out from midnight to 10:00 AM.
