Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in dieser modern eingerichteten Ferienwohnung mit Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Ausstattung und Lage waren perfekt. Was wir uns dort noch gewünscht hätten, wären z. B. Decken für kühlere Abende auf dem Balkon und ein Grundbestand an Mülltüten, Spülmaschinenreiniger und Toilettenpapier. Auch ein Spül- und Trockentuch für einen 10-tägigen Aufenthalt ist an der Stelle aus unserer Sicht zu wenig. Wenn man dort noch nachbessern könnte, wäre die Wohnung wahrscheinlich perfekt. Aber wie schon bemerkt, haben wir uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt.

Das richtige Objekt, um auch in der Nebensaison schöne Tage in Kappeln zu verbringen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Plissees in den Schlafzimmern wären noch wünschenswert. Der Blick vom Wohnzimner auf die Schlei ist fantastisch. Die Wohnung liegt fußläufig zum Zentrum und somit könnte man sein Fahrzeug die Ferientage schön in der Tiefgarage belassen und Ausflüge zu Fuß oder Rad unternehmen.

Die Wohnung ist einfach perfekt. Die wunderbare Aussicht auf die Schlei ist gigantisch. Der Balkon ist windgeschützt und hat man Morgens zum Frühstück Sonne. Sehr gut ausgestattet, perfekte Betten und einen Tiefgaragenplatz. Werden wiederkommen.
