The “Strandperle” villa in the Baltic Sea resort town of Binz is a beautiful villa built in the resort style in 2002. The design took into account the charm of the well-known historic resort architecture.
Its exceptional and peaceful location, at the beginning of the famous Binz beach promenade (known as the “Fischerstrand”) and the Binz Granitz, with its unobstructed, breathtaking panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, underscores its exclusivity and makes the beautiful “Strandperle” villa truly unique, as you can see from the excerpts in the small photo gallery. Right between the forest, the beach, and the sea!!!

Some of the apartments feature a stunning, partially unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea, a parking space next to the building, a balcony with a view of the Baltic Sea, a washing machine and dryer available for a fee in the basement, an lift, and, in some cases, a beach chair (on the dog-friendly beach) during the summer season. Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartments.

Pets are allowed for a fee (€10 per night plus a €25 pet cleaning fee per booking), but with the following restrictions:

- Max. 1 pet per holiday rental

- House-trained and well-behaved (pets are not allowed on upholstered furniture or in beds)

- Child-friendly

This two-room apartment is located on the mezzanine level and offers a side view of the sea from the balcony. The apartment accommodates up to 3 people.

Enjoy relaxing moments on the sunny, furnished balcony with a side view of the sea—the perfect spot for a cosy breakfast or an evening watching the sunset.

The bright living area is furnished with modern furniture, a comfortable sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a hi-fi system—ideal for social evenings.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could want: a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine, and many other useful appliances.

In the bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable double bed and a charming antique wardrobe. The bathroom features a practical corner shower.
