Our home, furnished with great care, was completed in the winter of 2022 and features two holiday apartments as well as a separate room. The view from our apartments of the Inn Valley and our own Pitztal is breathtaking, and the tranquility in Timls is truly priceless. Timls is ideally situated at 1,050 metres above sea level, making it perfect for both winter and summer activities in the heart of the Tyrolean Oberland. Thanks to our sunny hillside location, you’ll start your day with plenty of sunshine even early in the morning. Surrounded by forests and mountain meadows, we are the perfect starting point for impressive hikes and mountain bike tours to the surrounding alpine pastures and huts. When snow conditions are good in winter, you can even set out on a ski touring adventure right from the house. Ski resorts such as Hochzeiger, Hochoetz, Hoch-Imst, and the Venet Ski Area are less than 30 minutes away, and the Pitztal Glacier is 40 minutes away by car or public transport.
