The Capitello Residence, newly built in 2013, is centrally located in Binz, right next to the Binz Spa Park. The fine-sand Baltic Sea beach in Binz Bay is just a few minutes’ walk from your holiday apartment. The pedestrian zone, with its shopping street and numerous restaurants and cafés, is also within easy walking distance.

You’ll find bright and attractively furnished 2- to 3-room holiday apartments with well-equipped kitchens, a comfortable living atmosphere, and spacious, covered balconies. A parking space at the building, as well as a washing machine and dryer, are also available.

A lift is available in the Capitello Residence, providing you with convenient access to your apartment.

During the summer season, a beach chair is available to you free of charge on Binz’s Baltic Sea beach. It is located near beach access point 45 at the Müther Tower. Please note that the beach chair is not located on a dog-friendly beach.

Wi-Fi is available in all apartments.

The apartment is located directly on the spa gardens in Binz and is on the 1st floor.
This 3-room apartment features a southeast-facing balcony with a view of the Granitz in Binz and has been awarded 4 stars according to the DTV classification.
This apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests.



Welcome to your approximately 60 m² three-room apartment on the ground floor—a perfect place to relax and unwind. Start your day on the spacious, covered balcony facing southeast with breakfast in the morning sun while enjoying the pleasant tranquility of the surroundings. Two separate bedrooms offer plenty of space for a restful night’s sleep, while high-quality flooring—including bamboo parquet and tiles—creates a warm, inviting atmosphere.

The open-concept kitchen is modern and fully equipped: a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker ensure culinary convenience. The stylish bathroom features a walk-in shower, and a hair dryer is also provided for your use.

A parking space is available for your car directly behind the house. On balmy evenings, an additional dual docking station provides atmospheric music. During the summer months, a complimentary beach chair invites you to spend relaxing hours in the fresh air. Of course, Wi-Fi is available in the apartment, so you can stay connected even while on holiday.



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
