Cosy semi-detached house "Erica". 600 m from the centre of Porto Valtravaglia, 500 m from the lake, located by a road. In the house: storage room for bicycles, washing machine (for shared use). Public parking 20 m on the road. Supermarket 350 m, bar 500 m, café, bus stop "Laveno - Luino" 700 m, railway station "Porto Valtravaglia" 1.3 km, pebble beach. Hiking paths: Cuvignone / San Michele 11 km. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house.
