Welcome to our family-friendly holiday rental at Haus Luv! Located in a quiet yet central area, this accommodation offers the ideal base for families seeking both peace and quiet and proximity to local amenities. Spanning about 60 square metres, you’ll find everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

The apartment is modern and tastefully furnished and features a special highlight: two balconies that catch the sun at different times of the day. The large balcony is a true sun trap from morning until noon and offers plenty of privacy. Here, you can enjoy your morning coffee in peace. The smaller balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy the afternoon sun and wind down the day with a glass of wine.

Inside the apartment, you’ll find a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and plenty of storage space for your personal belongings. A cosy sleeping alcove, also furnished with a double bed, provides additional sleeping accommodation. The spacious living room invites you to enjoy relaxing evenings in front of the flat-screen TV, and the fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances—including a coffee maker, toaster, and dishwasher—leaves nothing to be desired. A modern bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink rounds out the amenities.

A holiday paradise for the whole family awaits you here. Whether young or old, everyone will find something to enjoy in the extremely popular Luv & Lee buildings, located on a quiet cul-de-sac just a two-minute walk from the idyllic sandy beach. Each of our apartments has its own parking space or garage. There are also two separate rooms between the buildings available for storing your bicycles.

Enjoy free access to the on-site swimming pool* and, if needed, use our washing machines and dryers for a small fee.

In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find shopping options, a bus stop, and various restaurants. For our younger guests, there’s a large play fort on the beach and the spacious “Seeräuber” adventure playground in the spa park. The heated seawater outdoor pool on the beach is also just a short walk away.
