We love Magnolia because it offers the best of both worlds: it feels peaceful and tucked away while still being just a short drive from downtown Seattle and many of the city’s main attractions.

The neighborhood has a wonderful residential feel, with tree-lined streets, beautiful parks, waterfront views, and plenty of places to walk and explore. We especially love being able to walk to local shops, cafés, the library, playgrounds, and parks. It’s a lovely place to come home to after a busy day exploring Seattle and gives guests a chance to experience the city a little more like a local.

What makes our home special is the space it gives you to truly relax and feel at home. With two separate living areas, there’s plenty of room for families and groups to spread out; whether you’re gathering together or enjoying a little quiet time.

The cozy gas fireplace is perfect for Seattle evenings, while the private backyard offers a peaceful outdoor space to unwind. One of our favorite features is the private cedar sauna: a wonderful way to relax after a day exploring the city.

We’ve tried to create a home that feels comfortable, welcoming, and a little special, with thoughtful spaces for both spending time together and having room of your own.
