The "Clara" house has approximately 160 square metres of living space and features, on the ground floor, a living room with an open-concept, modern kitchen; a bedroom with a double bed; and a shower room that is wheelchair-accessible. On the upper floor, you’ll find two additional bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed; all double beds measure 180 x 200 cm. The upper floor also features a full bathroom with a tub and shower, two sinks, and a sauna. The bathroom with the sauna opens onto the balcony. You’ll also find a guest bathroom upstairs. All windows throughout the house have exterior roller shutters. The house also features a carport with a storage room that accommodates two cars, and a large garden awaits you with a patio, outdoor seating, and playground equipment for the children. A travel cot and high chair are also available. The Clara holiday home is situated in a very quiet holiday home park; it’s about a 20-minute walk to the beach, and you can reach the beach and the town centre by bike in 5–10 minutes. Enjoy the peace and quiet. It’s easy to plan day trips from the Baltic Sea resort of Rerik; the Hanseatic city of Wismar is only a 20-minute drive away, and the Hanseatic city of Rostock is just about 40 minutes away.<br>The Baltic Sea resort of Rerik is a small and quiet seaside town, yet it’s very centrally located; from here, you can go on beautiful bike rides along the Baltic Sea coast or take trips to the Hanseatic cities of Wismar and Rostock.<br>Situated between the Baltic Sea and the Salzhaff, this Baltic Sea resort offers an impressive variety of landscapes. The Baltic Sea, the Salzhaff, beaches, cliffs, forests, fields, and salt marshes invite you to linger and relax.<br>Directions: From Berlin: Take the A19 to the Rostock interchange, then the A20 towards Lübeck; take the Kröpelin exit, follow signs towards Kröpelin, then towards Rerik.
