Light, bright updated townhome located off the Moab Golf Course! Relax in the oasis-like setting with wonderful shade trees and red rock views. Terrific outdoor space with wrap-around patio and gas bbq grill. Dark skies for the star-gazers.

Quality furnishings and decor. Central air conditioning for those warmer days and a gas fireplace for the chilly nights! The master bedroom and bath are on the main floor. The second floor has a second bath and two bedrooms (one with a full under a twin bunkbed) and one with a queen. The kitchen is fully equipped for the most demanding guest and cook. One-car garage for your use.

Solano Vallejo 3356 is your perfect launching point for adventure at Arches National Park (11 miles away), Sand Flats Recreation Area (6 miles) and numerous other amazing destinations. Hike, mountain bike, jeep or off-road practically out your backdoor on the scenic Steel Bender trail! Enjoy a soak in the seasonal pool as you unwind at the end of the day or take in a wine tasting at Spanish Valley vineyard just four miles away. Chromecast available on television but no basic cable.

The property was comfortable in a quiet area with a short drive to Moab. Great home base for Arches and Canyonlands. The kitchen was stocked with adequate cooking equipment and drip coffee maker. The beds were comfortable. The house was tidy but would suggest a deep cleaning soon especially in the kitchen and patio areas. There was an overpowering air freshener smell upon arrival. Overall a good experience.

Clean, quiet, comfortable stay about 10 minutes south of Moab. We'll stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds. Had everything we needed and within easy drive to Moab and national parks while also being quiet. Loads of fun birds to watch while enjoying am coffee on the patio or evening drinks.

This was a great condo—just south of Moab, so easy access to all the national and state parks. Three bedrooms, comfy beds, two bathrooms and a nice living space to relax at the end of the day. Kitchen included everything you need and the parking is easy and safe. We didn’t use the pool but it is nearby and looks clean and inviting. Check-in (and out) was easy and we’d come back anytime we’re in the area. Owner was available by text/e-mail or phone, if need be. Great place!
