Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms are available, each equipped with tubs/showers, conditioner, shower gel, and shampoo, along with plenty of fresh towels for your group`s needs.

Things to Note:
• Pets are allowed at this property, but only for a fee. Unauthorized pets will incur a $300 fine.
• WINTERTIME: Please note that 4WD/AWD is highly recommended during the winter months (December-March). Even after plowing/salting, the roads can still be difficult to traverse using a regular vehicle, especially if we have had a lot of snow. Use caution.
- Only dogs are permitted as pets. No other animals (cats, rabbits, birds, reptiles, or any other pets) are allowed on the property.
- Dogs must be registered and the pet fee paid in advance. Undeclared dogs, or any other pet species, will incur a $300 fine.
- Pets are not allowed on any of the furniture or bedding. Please pick up after your pet to ensure the yard is clean and free of pet waste. Thank you!
- No smoking. If any smoking smell or paraphernalia is discovered, the guest will be charged a $300 smoking fine. No exceptions.
- Quiet Hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of your neighbors.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were looking for. The fishing was great, and the sunsets were absolutely beautiful. The host was responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again!
