"La Casina Rossa della Fornace" has ancient roots: it was once a metato, the traditional structure used for drying chestnuts. A stone found on the roof is engraved with the year 1774. The building has been carefully renovated, respecting its original shape and openings, and preserving all the authentic charm of this land.



"La Casina Rossa della Fornace" is a genuine 25 sqm retreat in Cutigliano, at the heart of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, about 900 meters above sea level. Its location offers fresh air, peace, and enchanting views in every season.



The house is cozy and functional: a double bed on the mezzanine, bathroom with shower, private kitchen with electric stove and microwave, and satellite TV. The real highlight is the private garden, equipped with loungers and a sunbed for relaxing outdoors.



Nearby, you will find beautiful hiking trails, ski slopes, and historic villages like Cutigliano, perfect for exploring the Apennines year-round.
