Excellent!

We selected this home in order to explore many different areas in the Garfagnana and it was the perfect jumping off point to do so! Our hosts were lovely and helpful. I would definitely recommend and hope to return in the near future for longer excursions.

Bella casetta!

Paolo’s property was perfect for me and my family. It is clean, spacious and very well presented. It is a perfect location for exploring the Garfagnana region and close to plenty of local amenities. The swimming pool is beautiful and the hosts were very welcoming and helpful. We hope to return next summer. Grazie mille, Paolo!

Tuscany 2023

The set up of this property is first class for two adults, although there are additional bunk beds for children. It is difficult to find at first but you need to focus on the village of Ghivizzano. Having said that there is private access to the property and good parking. The pool is a very usable for a decent swim and good sun beds for your use. Highly recommended.

A perfect place for a happy vacation!

We absolutely loved the accommodation and would come back anytime. The house is a cozy little home, furnished and decorated with taste and lovely details. It is equipped with everything you need during a vacation. Although it is located on the grounds of the owners you have plenty of privacy and the owners generously shared their wonderful pool and lush tuscany style garden with us which we regularly enjoyed. The host family is absolutely lovely, very warm-hearted, sweet and supportive with anything we needed. And they always had great tipps for us on what to see or do and where to eat or shop for which we were very grateful. Nothing's better than a great tipp from locals :-) We are more than happy having found that wonderful Tuscany jewel and if we could rate 10 stars that's what we'd do!

Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders schön war, dass wir den Pool exklusiv nutzen konnten. Außerdem gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe.Ci siamo trovati molto bene. L'host è stato molto gentile. Abbiamo apprezzato anche il fatto di avere la piscina tutta per noi. Suermercato si trova nelle vicinanze.

Einfach wunderbar!Wir hatten einen rundum wunderschönen Urlaub!Das Ferienhaus hat unsere Erwartungen sogar übertroffen. Es ist sehr gepflegt, großzügig geschnitten und bietet jede Menge Platz. Der wunderschöne Garten rundet das Gesamtbild perfekt ab und lädt zum Entspannen ein.Das absolute Highlight unseres Aufenthalts war der riesige Pool. Er war das Herzstück der Unterkunft und hat uns jeden Tag aufs Neue begeistert.Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch die herzlichen Vermieter. Paolo und Gabriele sind unglaublich freundliche und warmherzige Menschen. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen und bestens aufgehoben gefühlt.Der Ort selbst ist klein, idyllisch und angenehm wenig touristisch – genau das hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Trotzdem gibt es in der näheren Umgebung sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie hervorragende Restaurants.Aufgrund der etwas abgelegenen Lage ist ein Auto allerdings empfehlenswert.Die landschaftliche Umgebung ist traumhaft und bietet zahlreiche schöne Ausflugsziele. Auch die nahegelegene Stadt Lucca ist absolut einen Besuch wert und hat uns mit ihrem Charme begeistert.Wir blicken auf einen rundum traumhaften Urlaub zurück und werden ganz bestimmt wiederkommen.Vielen Dank an Paolo und Gabriele für die unvergessliche Zeit!Liebe GrüßeDennis, Julia und Lina

Es war alles top in Ordnung. Der Pool ist das Highlight und das klimatisierte Haus ist sehr angenehm zu bewohnen. Man ist 15 Minuten von Barga entfernt und 30 Minuten von Lucca. Pisa ist auch nur eine Stunde entfernt. Pizzeria, Bar, Supermarkt ist in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir brauchten nur 2 Tage um uns zurecht zu finden. Eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

We hadden 6 nachten geboekt in dit leuke, koele huisje in een prachtige omgeving! De erg vriendelijke, maar niet Engels sprekende eigenaresse, heeft gelukkig (na een week in 37 graden op rondreis te zijn geweest) mijn stinkende was gedaan. Er mistte namelijk een wasmachine. ( Voor mij niet prettig om tijdens ons 6 daagse verblijf overal handdoeken te hebben hangen en sokken en slips op de hand te moeten wassen.)Er waren geen theedoeken, snijmessen en koffiezetapparaat. Na 1 dag kwam gelukkig de eigenaresse met een snijmes.Tip. De grote supermarkt Conad verkoopt elektrische apparaten! We hebben daar een Dolce Gusto gekocht.Vanwege nachtverlichting zat zwembad vol met mini vliegjes elke ochtend. Schepnetjes aanwezig gelukkig.Verder zat de eigenaresse en haar zus nooit buiten wanneer wij het zwembad gebruikten.Aangezien wij vaker vakantiehuizen huren ben ik erg kritisch. Al met al was de gastvrouw vriendelijk en deze plek werkelijk prachtig.

Das Objekt ist sehr schön, die Ruhe kann man sehr gut genießen und abschalten. Das Haus ist groß und geräumig, wie das außengelände.Man ist privat am Pool und wird auch nicht gestört.Es ist etwas abgelegen aber mit einem Auto kein Problem.Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.Die Sauberkeit war ok,.

superbe séjour !

Fosca et sa famille nous ont réservé un accueil formidable. Fosca est une dame très attachante qui s'occupe parfaitement de ses invités. La maison est très jolie, très bien décorée, propre et fonctionnelle. Je suis venu pour la troisième fois et je pense que je viendrai une quatrième fois avec grand plaisir. Mes séjours sont toujours trop courts et il me tarde déjà de revenir Une pensée particulière pour Paolo...

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette petite dépendance bien équipée. Tout y est très bien. La piscine est très agréable et les propriétaires sont très prévenants. C'était un très beau séjour entre détente et visites.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, in einem großen Garten mit Pool. Die Hausherrin ist sehr nett und versucht trotz wenig Englisch für das Wohlergehen zu sorgen. Ausflugsziele sind leider swhr weit entfernt. In der Nähe sind allerdings die sehenswerten Städte Lucca und Barga.

Nous avons passé de supers vacances !

Le jardin et la piscine sont magnifiques et très bien entretenus. La maison était très propre à notre arrivée et dotée de tous les équipements nécessaires. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et très sympathiques. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !
