The dining area features a modern, large glass dining table with four comfortable, swivel designer leather chairs.

Two luxuriously furnished bedrooms, also with fantastic ocean views, each feature one Italian designer bed with very high-quality mattresses (measuring 1.80 m x 2.00 m and 1.60 m x 2.00 m), their own Samsung flat-screen TV, a BOSE SoundTouch system, and a large sideboard to provide additional storage space for your holiday wardrobe.

Two modern bathrooms—one with a bathtub and the other with a walk-in rain shower, each featuring a toilet and sink—are tiled in a very appealing style and equipped with modern bathroom fixtures.

A private Finnish sauna, additionally equipped with an infrared module, promises relaxing hours and guarantees rejuvenation!

Underfloor heating in all rooms ensures a comfortable climate during the cooler months.

The free parking space included with the apartment is approximately 80 m away. The apartment is wheelchair-accessible and can be easily reached by lift.

A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, as well as a bicycle storage room, are available for shared use by all guests.

This non-smoking apartment can accommodate a maximum of 1–3 people! A small, well-behaved pet is also welcome upon request and for a fee.
