Our stay at the villa was absolutely wonderful.

Our stay at the villa was absolutely wonderful. One of the best vacations we ever had. The house was very beautiful, clean, spacious and had everything you need. The outdoor area with its greenery was perfect and made us feel like we were in our own world. For us it ticked all of the important boxes: spacious living space, completely enclosed so our dog was able to run free and enjoy the surroundings, two beautiful terraces (one with the shade in the morning and the other in the afternoon) and it had one of the better equiped kitchens we had the pleasure of using on vacation. The host Nataša was also really friendly and inviting. There is also a pet friendly beach nearby. All in all a very good experience and would definitely recomend to families with children and pets.

Die Villa befindet sich im kleinen, ländlich geprägten Šišan, perfekt geeignet für Ruhesuchende (abends gibt es immer Mal wieder Hundegebell, aber auf dem Land gehört das einfach dazu😉). Fußläufig sind 2 kleine Supermärkte und 1 Konoba ("Baladur") in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Auch Medulin, Pula und das Kap Kamenjak sind mit dem Auto nicht weit. Die Villa verfügt über ein großes, nicht einsehbares Grundstück, das komplett umzäunt ist. Der alte Baumbestand spendet angenehmen Schatten. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die überdachte Außenküche und der tolle Pool. Auch die Außentoilette ist sehr praktisch. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und top ausgestattet, es ist alles da, was man braucht. Das Vermieterpaar Nataša und Vladi sind sehr freundlich und per WhatsApp jederzeit schnell erreichbar. Bei unserer Ankunft war der Kühlschrank mit verschiedenen Getränken gefüllt - eine tolle Aufmerksamkeit. Wir haben uns in der Villa Bonasera sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Für uns eine klare Weiterempfehlung!

Es ist ein sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus.

Es ist ein sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus. Wir waren beeindruckt, wie sauber und gepflegt das Haus und alles drumherum war. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man im Urlaub so benötigt z.B Kontaktgrill, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Backofen, Besteck, Geschirr, Spülmaschine, Spülmaschinen Tabs, Waschmaschine, Handtücher, Föhn….!Alles wirkt sehr neu und ist sehr sauber. Die Betten sind ein Traum und wie sie hergerichtet wurden… ganz toll. Im Schrank gibt es auch noch dickere Decken, falls es nachts doch mal kälter wird.Die Gastgeberin und ihr Sohn sind sehr freundlich und haben sich gut um uns gekümmert, sie haben uns alle Informationen übermittelt, wo man gut etwas unternehmen kann. Sie hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und war auch ständig mit uns im Austausch, bis wir dort angekommen waren. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Es ist alles umzäunt und sowohl für Hunde 🐕als auch für Kinder …einfach ein tolles Grundstück !Das Auto parkt direkt mit auf dem Hof , der mit einem Tor abgeschlossen werden kann. Das Grundstück ist von außen nicht einsehbar und somit einfach ein richtig ruhiger Urlaub. Im Dorf gibt es ein paar Cafés ,eine Pizzeria und ein kleiner Laden(fussläufig erreichbar), wo es aber wirklich viel Auswahl gibt. Bis nach Medulin und Pula ist es mit dem Auto auch nicht weit…Medulin hat einen Sandstrand, der super für Kinder ist, da das Wasser sehr flach ist und wer schwimmen will, für den ist Pula geeignet.Alles in allem ist es einfach ganz toll da und wir haben uns richtig gut erholt. Der Pool war sehr sauber und einfach angenehm.Vielen Dank an die liebe Gastgeberin und herzliche Grüße.

Wir waren für 1 Woche Anfang September 2023 in der Villa Bonasera. Besonders hervorzuheben war die Sauberkeit der Villa inkl. Außenbereich sowie die Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber. Die Einrichtung / Ausstattung TOP, es hat an nichts gefehlt! Selbst der Kühlschrank war mit diversen Getränken bei Ankunft gefüllt! Vorab gab es verschiedene Vorschläge / Empfehlungen für die Umgebung. Die Betreuung und Kommunikation mit Nastasa vor / während und nach dem Aufenthalt war sehr zuvorkommend und familiär. Wir können die Villa absolut weiterempfehlen. :-)

Wir waren Ende Juni/Anfang Juli 2023 für 2 Wochen mit unserem Sohn und Hund in der Villa und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Natasa hat uns bereits vor der Ankunft viele nützliche Restaurants- und Ausflugstipps per WhatsApp geschickt. Der Empfang war absolut freundlich und herzlich. Der Kühlschrank war mit einer großen Auswahl an Getränken gefüllt. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und geräumig und modern ausgestattet. Die Klimaanlage ist ausreichend dimensioniert. An Ausstattung ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Auch die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, sehr gepflegt und lädt zum Kochen ein. Die Villa hat einen großen, vollständig umzäunten Garten mit Terrasse, Pool, Dusche, Außenküche und einem Außen-WC, der ebenfalls sehr gepflegt ist. Natasa ist über WhatsApp stets erreichbar, falls Fragen aufkommen. Der Kontakt ist immer sehr freundlich und herzlich, aber nicht aufdringlich. Natasa stellt nach einer Woche neue Handtücher und Bettwäsche zur Verfügung, wenn man möchte. Sie hinterlegt diese diskret auf dem Tisch der überdachten Außenküche. Das Auto kann auf dem großzügigen Grundstück geparkt werden. Die Villa ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom Zentrum des kleinen Orts erreichbar. Dort sind 2 Restaurants und ein kleiner Supermarkt mit hervorragendem Brot sowie ein Geldautomat. Der Ort Susan ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen. Medulin und Pula mit zahlreichen Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir können dieses Haus sehr empfehlen und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Betreuung, liebe Natasa!

Hallo wir waren im Juni 2 Wochen hier mit unserem Hund auf Urlaub.

Hallo wir waren im Juni 2 Wochen hier mit unserem Hund auf Urlaub. Die Villa ein Traum alles da was man braucht und die Gastgeberin einfach nur supi beim ankommen Kühlschrank mit Getränken und frischen Erdbeeren gefüllt und ein willkommens Schnaps stand da einfach toll. Alles leicht erreichbar in ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto Stadt und Strand. Im Dorf ein kleiner Laden wos alles gibt was man braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
