Our town of Beilstein, also known as the “Sleeping Beauty of the Moselle”
, is nestled between two streams that wind their way down from the Hunsrück hills into the Moselle.
Considered the most beautiful and romantic town on the Moselle, a stroll through Beilstein’s narrow streets and hidden corners quickly reveals why the town has served as a film set for numerous films.
Our holiday home;
is located in the traffic-calmed zone on the edge of Beilstein’s historic town centre. A 3-minute walk through the old town centre takes you to the Moselle promenade with the ferry terminal and boat docks. Nestled between Metternich Castle and the Carmelite Monastery, the town centre features restaurants and Moselle terraces that invite you to enjoy many regional specialities, as well as wine bars and wine cellars that beckon you to stop in for a cosy break.
