This custom-designed, lovingly furnished solid-wood house invites you to enjoy your holiday. Here, you can unwind in a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. When building this holiday home, special emphasis was placed on energy-efficient and sustainable construction. It is made of spruce and fir wood that is harvested, stored, and processed according to very specific guidelines (Thoma Holz100). This creates a particularly pleasant indoor climate and provides excellent protection against heat. It has been proven to have a calming effect on your breathing and heart rate. Here, far away from the hustle and bustle, you can simply unwind and forget about everyday life, cosy up with a book, or explore the Lusatian Lake District with its wide range of activities. In the well-equipped kitchen, featuring an induction stove and oven, preparing delicious meals is a joy. In the adjacent dining area, the bright window front creates a cosy atmosphere. The dining table and the cosy sofa corner are both located here. The terrace invites you to enjoy the sun and fire up the grill. For relaxation and wellness, there’s a spacious sauna with a lake view through the large panoramic window, as well as a relaxation room. The immediate proximity to the sandy beach ensures plenty of fun in the water. The two-story holiday home, with its tasteful decor and very comfortable amenities, accommodates up to 8 people in approximately 70 m² of living space.<br><br><br><br>Wooden house on Lake Bergheider:<br><br>On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, a large kitchen-living room, and a bathroom. Sleeping arrangements: 1 room with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) – 1 room with a loft bed (1.20 x 2.00 m) and a bed (0.90 x 2.00 m). The upper floor features the sauna, the relaxation room, and another bathroom. The bathrooms are real eye-catchers thanks to their stylish, floor-level natural stone showers. Accommodation for up to four additional guests are available: The living room features a comfortable fold-out sleeper sofa (1.60 x 2.00 m), and upstairs in the relaxation room, the futon bed converts into a comfortable sleeping area (1.40 x 2.00 m). A travel cot is also available.<br><br><br><br>Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to midnight, and check-out from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
