The apartment is located on the ground floor of the “Barons Residenz” and features a living/bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, an entryway with a kitchenette and a coat closet, as well as a terrace.

For wonderfully relaxing moments, the living room of the holiday apartment is equipped with, among other things, a seating area (round table and two chairs), a workspace (Wi-Fi), a TV, and a radio with CD and USB ports. Cosy furnishings—which harmonise beautifully with the lovely oak parquet flooring—floor-to-ceiling windows, and dimmable ceiling lights transform the room into your very own personal oasis of relaxation!

The living/bedroom also features a double bed (160 x 200 cm) with two high-quality mattresses and mattress protectors.

Fresh North Sea air is included when you book our holiday rental on Borkum! On the terrace, patio furniture and two lounge chairs invite you to relax and unwind! Reading a good book here in peace or simply letting your mind wander is the pure essence of a holiday...

For convenient self-catering, the holiday rental features a well-equipped kitchenette (including a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster). But you can also treat yourself to wonderful culinary delights on Borkum! Recommended restaurants serve delicious North Sea specialities!

The holiday apartment complex has 5 parking spaces on the private driveway. A washing machine and dryer are located in the shared utility room.

Our holiday apartment is also suitable for people with allergies. The “Baron’s Residenz” is designed to be allergy-friendly and therefore does not allow pets and is a strictly non-smoking property. It received ECARF certification in 2013.
