It is exactly as picture, very clean and close to a lot of restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. It has one flight of stairs and easy parking. The only negative is the twin couch bed. It's really not a twin or a bed but it works for someone young or small framed. Everything else was great. Host was great as well. The bed is super soft and comfy!
