We stayed here for Family Weekend at Elizabeth City State University, and the location could not have been better—it was only 5 minutes from campus! The house was spotless and extremely clean, which we truly appreciated. The driveway is a bit tight, but there was plenty of convenient street parking available, so it wasn't an issue at all. The front porch swing was my favorite sitting place .We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting ECSU!

Elizabeth City House

The house was lovely. Air-conditioning worked very well. We did not have a pet with us, but we saw how pet friendly the house was. We enjoyed sitting on the porch.

Lovely Craftsman house in a good and convenient locatio

Our group of six people had a great time. The house is a mile from the waterfront park and in a walkable interesting neighborhood. Everything was sparkling clean and their listing was very accurate. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved this property! Had a wonderful family get together for Thanksgiving and the kitchen and dining room were perfect. I do have to say that 4 cars will not fit in the driveway, we only were able to comfortably park our one car, but street parking is available.

Historical Beauty

The house was perfect for our stay. We enjoyed a lot of time on the front porch and took the walk down to the water. Very friendly area. We checked out a smoothie shop that was amazing, and had dinner at Tooley’s…..it was AMAZING! Highly recommend!

Nice home and neighborhood. Only issue we had is that the driveway is more narrow than appears, and there were no serving utensils in the kitchen, but we were very comfortable and would stay again.
