The new-build apartment "Familienglück Nähe München" is perfect for four people or a family. One bedroom with a double bed and a cozy sofa bed in the spacious living room in the basement. The kitchen is well equipped and offers everything you need. A sunny terrace invites you to linger.
Quiet but centrally located with playground in 300m, supermarket, bakery, post office and bank approx. 700 m away. New development area near golf course; hiking trails and forest within walking distance. Farms within sight with horses, cows and chickens. E-car charging station available for a fee.
High chair and travel cot available on request.
Please take the garbage (separated) to the garbage cans in front of the house (blue = paper, black = garbage, grey = aluminum and plastic).
Please fill in the Holidu check-in form after booking. This will help your host to prepare your stay in the best possible way.

Toll ausgestattete kleine Ferienwohnung
Wir haben uns sofort angekommen gefühlt. Es war wirklich alles da. Jede Menge Handtücher, Badartikel und eine mit wirklich allem ausgestattete Küche. Technisch auch auf dem aktuellsten Stand. Können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
