Lovely Two Double Bedrooms Apt 16 in Vienna/Austria

We were indeed very surprised and disheartened by the assessment of our guest about the location of the Mozart Apartments. The unfair assessment of the location is contrary to the fact that we are In a super location in Vienna within a short walking distance of the Belvedere Palace, the main train station, and the city centre. Furthermore, several very efficient and convenient public transport lines are within 200 meters of the building which provide easy access to entire sightseeing attractions in Vienna. There are plenty of restaurants with Viennese and international cuisine, supermarkets, coffee houses, bars, health facilities, and parks are located in the neighbourhood. The unfair assessment of the location can be attributed to the guest's lack of interest in contacting our multilingual resident representative and lack of access to Google Maps. As the guest expressed himself the complaint was also partially attributed to his physical handicap. We welcome the guests to visit us again to personally show them our great location and hospitality. Thank you.

The apartment requested had a significant problem with its hotwater system and could not be made available by the time of the guest's arrival. Fortunately, an exclusive two-bedroom penthouse apartment with a roof terrace was available and our representative offered it to the guests without extra charge in order to avoid inconvenience caused by last-minute canceling of the guest's reservation. The comparison of description, photos, and prices of these two apartments certainly demonstrates the superiority of the penthouse apartment offered as a replacement. However, in order to please the guests, we would be pleased to offer a 50 percent discount on the respective apartment for their future reservations. Thank you.
