Die Wohnung hat uns ...

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Besonders der Ausblick war super schön. Das morgendliche Schwimmen direkt vor der Haustür, perfekt. Natürlich würde die Wohnung sich über eine kleine Generalüberholung freuen. Die Anlage hat uns gut gefallen, es ist himmlisch ruhig gewesen. Wir waren das erste Mal dort und nicht das letzte Mal! Der Empfang vor Ort durch Enrico war prima, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Wohnung liegt se...

Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön mit unverbautem Blick auf das Meer. Bis zur Wohnung müssen allerdings (täglich) 76 Stufen bewältigt werden. Die Parkplatzsituation war schon im März extrem angespannt. Bekommt man keinen der wenigen freien Plätze in der engen Straße, ist es möglich, bis zum nächsten Parkplatz laufen zu müssen (ca. 1 km). Die Wohnanlage wurde vor ca. 45 Jahren gebaut und das sieht man der Wohnung leider an. Die Einrichtung stammt zum größten Teil noch aus dieser Zeit. Insgesamt wäre dringend eine Generalsanierung fällig. Die Dusche ist sehr eng, die Fliesenfugen waren teilweise verschimmelt und der Duschvorhang vergilbt. Die Platzsituation im Schlafzimmer ist eng, da in den Wandschränken nur eingeschränkt Platz zur Verfügung steht. Antwort von Mallorcahome: Lieber Herr Koster, Die Anzahl der Stufen haben wir bewusst in der Objektbeschreibung angegeben, um unsere Gäste bestmöglich zu informieren. Falls Sie mit dem Auto anreisen, können Sie oberhalb der Anlage parken – dort finden Sie in der Regel ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnanlage ist tatsächlich bereits 50 Jahre alt und steht unter Denkmalschutz. Dennoch wird sie kontinuierlich instand gehalten und liebevoll gepflegt. Die von Ihnen gebuchte Wohnung wurde erst im letzten Jahr teilweise renoviert, und das Schlafzimmer sogar erst in diesem Jahr komplett modernisiert. Ihre Anmerkungen zur Dusche nehmen wir ernst und leiten sie gerne an die Eigentümer weiter. Bei Einrichtung und Ausstattung ist Geschmack natürlich immer subjektiv – wir freuen uns aber über jeden Hinweis, der uns hilft, unseren Gästen noch mehr Komfort zu bieten. 9 Tage an der Cala fornells

Es hat uns grundsätzlich sehr gut gefallen. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten könnten man verbessern. Im Schlafzimmer konnte man bedingt durch ein Fliegengitter die Fensterläden nicht schließen. Der Duschvorhang könnte einmal getauscht werden. Jalousie in der Küche fehlt. Die Menschen am Pool können direkt in das Apartment schauen. Ein Besen fehlt und die Balkontür quietscht. Wir kommen gern wieder.
