Hi, Molly. We are happy you had plenty of space but disappointed that we didn't provide the level of service we strive for in our homes. We apologize that there were so many issues during your stay. For future reference, if you are ever in a Vacasa home on Orcas Island, the managers' phone numbers are in the binder and visible in the online guest directions, and we follow up as quickly as possible when a guest needs something. Alternatively, you can reach out to guest services, who will make a ticket for us to follow up with you. We would have loved the opportunity to make things right for you. We will make sure to change the listing description regarding the easy beach access, since it is a bit challenging. Most of Orcas Island is hills, and most beaches are not flat here. Neither are the paths to them. There are very few beaches with a flat path to them. The cobwebs are a constant battle in the woods, even more so since the house doesn't have screens on the windows. We are in the process of looking for screens to put on the windows, which we believe will go a long way, as far as cleanliness. We have completed a full deep clean, including cobweb removal, once since the spring and addressed cobwebs an additional 3 times since then. It isn't that the cobwebs aren't addressed. It's that they regenerate quickly, and we only have so much time to clean. As far as the coffeemaker malfunction, thank you for letting us know so we can resolve this issue. Had you told us while you were here, we would have been happy to bring a new coffeemaker out to you. We deliver at least 1 new coffeemaker a week to houses here because coffee is a staple in many people's lives, so the coffeemakers get lots of use and wear out quickly. We have reminded our housekeeping team to check the curtains for items, thoroughly clean and inspect floors, and ensure all soap is refilled. We will also go through and address the cobwebs the next time the house is open for cleaning. Thank you for letting us know they are already out of hand again.
