In our cosy holiday apartment “Nordseeliebe,” you’ll find a harmonious holiday atmosphere with a beautiful view of the pasture.<br><br>This one-room apartment offers an ideal layout—with a spacious living area, an integrated kitchenette, and a dining area. A well-maintained bathroom with a shower, a small storage area, and a furnished balcony round out the living experience. Modern furnishings in light colours and a wide window front give the apartment an open, airy feel.<br><br>After a bike ride across the island, a comfortable sofa area with a TV, radio, and CD player invites you to relax. Free Wi-Fi is available for browsing on your smartphone. Or you can let your gaze wander out the window: From the living room, you have a beautiful view of the horse pasture.<br><br>The kitchenette in the “Nordseeliebe” holiday rental is perfectly equipped for hot breakfast eggs, a snack between meals, or a delicious dinner. It features, among other things, a stove, a combination microwave (grill, oven, microwave), and a dishwasher.<br><br>When the sun sets on Borkum, you can make yourself comfortable in the cosy beds (each 90 x 200 cm). The fold-out bed can be quickly and easily converted into a double bed.<br><br>As the name “Nordseeliebe” suggests, you’ll of course also get to enjoy the North Sea air! You can enjoy wonderful moments of relaxation on the furnished balcony of the holiday rental. Free parking is available in front of the building, and there is a designated area for bicycles.<br>NOTE: From early November 2026 through late March 2027, there will be construction on site (roof renovation involving the erection of scaffolding). The “Holiday Residenz II” offers the perfect setting for a restful holiday. <br><br>The holiday apartments are located in the “Holiday Residenz II” complex. It’s centrally located on Richthofenstraße, yet quiet and not right in the heart of town. In the town centre itself (800 m away), small shops, cafés, and restaurants invite you to take a leisurely stroll. After 1.5 km (a 6-minute bike ride), you’ll reach the beautiful sandy beach and the promenade. From the complex, you can enjoy relaxing walks and bike rides through Borkum’s natural surroundings. <br><br>From the ferry, the narrow-gauge train runs all the way to the town centre. From there, the apartments are still about 950 m away. Upon your arrival, taxis will be waiting to take you and your luggage to your holiday rental. The complex is easily accessible by car and offers parking spaces for cars and bicycles right in front of the building.<br><br>In front of the complex is the Nabrotzky Island Bakery—perfect for fresh breakfast rolls.
