The Oase Balje holiday home in Balje offers spacious, comfortable accommodation for large families and groups. The two-story house sleeps up to 13 guests, featuring 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a separate guest WC.



The ground floor is fully accessible and includes two bedrooms (one double, one with two bunk beds and a single), a generous living and dining area (approx. 60 m²) with a large family dining table and TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with washing machine, a guest WC, and a cozy reading nook.



Upstairs, you'll find three more bedrooms (two doubles and one with two singles), a small living room with sofa and TV, and a bathroom with a second washing machine. The upstairs living room offers a lovely view of the Elbe dike.



The private garden is fully enclosed with a 2-meter privacy fence and features a large terrace with built-in barbecue, a private seasonal outdoor pool, a sandbox with a small slide, and a seesaw—perfect for families with young children.



Additional amenities: high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with workspace, satellite TV, fireplace, children's books, toys, board games, 2 baby cots, and 2 high chairs. The property is near the beach, with public transport within walking distance. Two on-site parking spaces and free street parking are available.

Sehr geräumiges Ferienhaus mit tollem Garten – ideal für Familien und Gruppen

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in Balje verbracht und das Ferienhaus bietet wirklich viel Platz - perfekt für die ganze Familien. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom großzügigen Wohn- und Essbereich mit großem Esstisch und einer riesigen Couch. Der Kamin hat an kühleren Abenden für eine tolle Atmosphäre gesorgt, Holz war ausreichend vorhanden.Der Garten ist ein echtes Highlight – mit Pool, Sandkasten und einem gemauerten Grill, den wir fast täglich genutzt haben. Im Obergeschoss gibt es zusätzlich einen kleinen Rückzugsort mit Sofa und Fernseher – ideal, wenn es im Erdgeschoss mal etwas turbulenter zugeht. Auch die Raumaufteilung ist insgesamt gut durchdacht und praktisch. Sehr hilfreich: Es stehen zwei Waschmaschinen zur Verfügung.Nicole hat uns sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen und alles ausführlich gezeigt. Ihre Flexibilität beim Check-in und Check-out war super – vielen Dank nochmal dafür!Ein paar Dinge möchten wir dennoch anmerken: In den Zimmern war es bei Ankunft leider relativ staubig, und auch in den Schränken im Bad und in der Küche hätte es etwas sauberer sein können. Die Küchenausstattung ist ausbaufähig – besonders bei einem Haus für bis zu 13 Personen erwartet man mehr große Gläser und Schüsseln. Was uns besonders gefehlt hat: Fliegengitter an Fenstern und Türen – bei der ländlichen Lage wäre das sehr hilfreich gegen Fliegen, Mücken und Spinnen.Trotz dieser kleineren Kritikpunkte hatten wir eine tolle Zeit und können das Haus definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Ruhige Lage, toll zum Radfahren. Schöne Landschaft.

Pros: Wir waren mit 10 Erwachsenen und zwei Kleinkindern. Es war alles da was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Wir wurden super freundlich begrüßt und verabschiedet. Cons: Da fällt mir nichts ein.

Rundum alles perfekt!

Pros: Wir (11 köpfige Männergruppe) wurden super von der Haushälterin empfangen. Das Haus war super ausgestattet. Wir waren alle rundum zufrieden. Cons: Bei „schlechtem“ Wetter wäre ein Dach auf der Terrasse ganz cool.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Wochenende hier.

Pros: Modernes, ordentliches und sauberes Haus mit guter Ausstattung, bequeme Betten, gemütlicher Kaminofen, Grill und Pool. Sehr nettes Personal! Cons: Der Garten könnte etwas größer sein - für uns hat er aber ausgereicht. ;-)
