Excellent floorplan, spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom was very nice. Convenient to transportation and sightseeing. Very clean. Beds were comfortable. Wifi was Excellent. Minimal furnishings in the bedrooms. No place to place clothes. Had to live out of suit case. Biggest issue was having no hot water. Showering was an issue, there was some hot water but when one turned the faucet to cool the water the water went to lukewarm or cool and we could not get thewater to heat again. Called the management company several times, and people came out but no one seem able to fix the problem. Adapters for the bedside lights, not all the rooms had them. Minimal flow in the kitchen faucet. Very dim light over dining table.

Great communication with the host. Townhouse in great neighborhood on busy street with street parking. Place was clean and well supplied. We found the sofa very uncomfortable along with the hard wooden chairs, making no place to relax. The beds seemed firm but surprisingly comfortable. Great location while visiting our son.

Overall a pretty nice stay. Had some issues getting in because the door would not unlock. The bathroom sink was broken and would not drain but besides that it was a solid location close to lots of things.

Smooth Seattle

Great location away from downtown. Enjoyed smaller business districts like Greenwood and Ballard. Excellent restaurants and close to local beach. Fun to go into city then return to peacefulness of quiet neighborhood.

Ballard house

The house was nice. One of the bathrooms had a weird smell and the furniture was uncomfortable and dated. The house was clean and well maintained otherwise.

Stairs

There are a ton of stairs! It was tastefully decorated and lots of light. The beds were a bit uncomfortable but clean. The kitchen was alright, but lacked enough silverware to keep from washing each time. Otherwise it was a good place to have as homebase.

Nice place! Wi-Fi stops all the time…

Great place, well located in Ballard. Everything ok in the flat, but the wi-fi always seems to go on/off. Frustrating when you are planning activities and doing reservations and it stops for no apparent reason…

Recently remodeled. Area rug in living room had several spots, otherwise very clean. Full flight of stairs up to “1st” floor. On street parking not a problem in this neighborhood
