Bright Batignolles Apartment – Parisian Charm, Self Check-In

Welcome to this inviting Parisian apartment in the authentic Batignolles district. Bright and fully equipped, it’s perfect for two.



Living room: Sofa bed (170 x 93 cm with mattress topper), dining table for two, portable air conditioner (can be moved to the bedroom in hot weather). In case of exceptional heat, a second rolling air conditioner and a large fan will be available in the bedroom. An extra sleeping option is available; the vacuum-packed duvet is in the entryway closet.



Bedroom: Double bed (140 x 200 cm) with hybrid mattress, drawer storage, clothes rack, Smart TV with streaming services, desk, and fan. Bed linen provided.



Kitchen: Quiet fridge-freezer, dishwasher, convection oven, two ceramic hobs, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker with thermos, toaster, and tea towels.



Bathroom: Large shower, electric water heater, towel warmer, new fast-cycle washing machine, and hairdryer. 1 bath sheet and 1 towel per person included. Please do not use the washing machine and shower at the same time (humidity/safety).



WC: Separate with window.



Check-in: Self check-in via key box, instructions sent before arrival. Flexible hours depending on availability. Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 10:00 am.



Neighborhood: Batignolles is one of Paris’s most charming areas. Steps from the park, enjoy markets, cafés, restaurants, independent shops, and a village feel in the city. Metro lines 2 (Rome) and 14 (Cardinet) nearby. Easy access from Roissy-CDG, Orly, Beauvais, and Eurostar (Gare du Nord). Self-service bikes nearby.



House rules:

- Respect quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 10:00 am.

- Do not use the washing machine and shower at the same time.

- For cleaning the sink and hobs: use the white anti-limescale spray (under the sink) and the green side of the sponge, then dry with paper towels.

- Spray the red chlorine bleach on the shower floor regularly.

- Leave the bathroom window open for 5 minutes after showering.
