If you love the fresh country air and are looking for an idyllic spot for a relaxing summer holiday, our charmingly furnished “Sonnenwind” holiday rental is the perfect choice! With 60 m², it offers plenty of space for relaxation and enjoyable moments surrounded by nature. The apartment is located in a cosy two-family house on the quiet outskirts of Bannemin—perfectly situated for exploring the island of Usedom on foot or by bike. Or how about a quick trip to the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach, which is just a few minutes away? Here you can enjoy the salty sea air and experience the waves with a refreshing swim! 

The holiday rental is a true holiday paradise and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. For your comfort, we provide bed linens, Wi-Fi, and a parking space free of charge. We’ve also thought of everything for our little guests: a high chair is available, and you can add a cot to your booking upon request. 

When it comes to towels, the choice is yours—either bring your own or add them to your reservation. This way, you can tailor your holiday exactly to your needs!

Please note that the apartment is a non-smoking property and pets are not allowed out of consideration for other guests. 



Sonnenwind:

Our rustic and cosy ground-floor apartment measures 60 m² and is ideal for up to 4 people plus 1 toddler up to 2 years old. The open-concept living space is divided into a living area with a sleeper sofa and a fully equipped open kitchen with a dining area. Dark wooden beams serve as room dividers, emphasising the character of the village of Bannemin, which has long been shaped by traditional architecture and agriculture. The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need—from a refrigerator to a stove with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and small appliances—so you can whip up your favourite meals in no time. In the bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable double bed—the perfect setting for a restful night’s sleep. The apartment also features a bathroom with a shower and toilet. All rooms are fully tiled or have laminate flooring. 

From the kitchen, you can step out onto the furnished terrace that belongs to the apartment. On the adjacent lawn, there are 2 lounge chairs waiting for you so you can soak up the island sun. A patio umbrella and a portable grill round out the amenities. Now nothing stands in the way of a summer barbecue!

Parking is permitted on the property. A coin-operated washing machine is available, as is free Wi-Fi.
