This apartment in Egmond aan Zee is part of the small-scale apartment complex "Torenlicht" with a total of 6 apartments. Due to their perfect location, almost in the middle of the village and just a few minutes' walk from the beach, these are top apartments for a wonderful stay. Beach, sea, dunes, attractive shops and cozy terraces and restaurants are practically around the corner. It is also special that it is located at the foot of the Speijk lighthouse. Everything is within reach!
You gain access to your holiday home "Torenlicht - Zon II" via a shared entrance (own closed front door). You reach your apartment on the 2nd floor via the 2 stairs (2x13 steps).
 
Design
 
The living room is small, cozy and equipped with a laminate floor, a 2-person sofa, flat-screen TV and a dining area with 3 chairs. From the balcony you have a fantastic view of the lighthouse and the sea. Wonderful place to enjoy the day and the beautiful sunset.
 
The kitchenette is simple but fully equipped, including a 2-burner stove, refrigerator, microwave and Senseo.
 
The comfortably furnished bedroom is furnished with 2 box-spring beds (90x200) and 2 wardrobes. The bathroom has a bath/shower, sink and toilet.
 
Parking
 
Upon arrival you will receive 1 digital "parking permit" for the license plate number you specified (1 car). This allows you to park in public parking spaces in designated zones. Due to the new digital parking system, you must provide us with your car registration number before arrival! Please note: paid parking applies in Egmond aan Zee!
 
A high chair and cot are available as standard. It is a non-smoking home, small pets are allowed after consultation.
 
Unfortunately, there is no storage space for bicycles, among other things.
 
Holiday home "Torenlicht - Zon II" is located in the same apartment complex as holiday home "Torenlicht - Zee II" on the 1st floor, and holiday home "Torenlicht - Zand II" on the ground floor. The house directly next to this holiday home is "Torenlicht - Zand I - Zee I and Zon I", which you can also rent from us. These homes are ideal if you are traveling with larger families.

Tolle Lage des Apartments, vom Balkon das Meer zu sehen und zu hören, war schlicht fantastisch. Alles gut erreichbar, sei es Strand, Geschäfte oder Restaurants. Gemütlich eingerichtet, mit allem was es braucht, für 1-2 Personen. Sehr praktisch, dass der Checkin und Checkout per Schlüssel Safe zu machen war. Zudem ist es angenehm, dass die Vorhänge im Schlafzimmer gut abdunkeln und es ruhig ist. Auch schön, dass Spülutensilien vorhanden waren. Gute Kommunikation mit der Vermietungsagentur.

Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, hell und liegt optimal, man hat immer einen Blick aufs Meer und kann von dort alles zu Fuß erledigen. Auch und gerade für Hundebesitzer ist diese Wohnung ideal, wenn der Hund gewohnt ist, Treppen zu steigen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Am besten gefiel uns die Lage der Ferienwohnung direkt hinter der Düne, mit Aussicht auf Düne, Leuchtturm und etwas Meer. Man muss nur über die Straße gehen, schon ist man auf der Düne und sieht tolle Sonnenuntergänge. Direkt um die Ecke ist die Fußgängerzone von Egmond mit Gastronomie und Geschäften. Dennoch war es in der Wohnung ruhig. Die Wohnung war sauber und entsprach den Fotos. Kommunikation/Erreichbarkeit der Vermieterin via WhatsApp war super hilfreich.
