The 6-person suite Stormvogel, on the first floor, is accessible by elevator and stairs.
This stylish luxury apartment of 120 m2 has a large, modern living room which is oriented towards the sea. Through the glass facade you enter the terrace with a view of the boulevard, the dunes, the beach and the sea. The view is beautiful.
The modern open kitchen is equipped with all built-in appliances, including: dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, fridge/freezer, combination microwave, toaster, citrus juicer.
The washing machine and dryer are located in the utility cupboard in the hallway.
The master bedroom has an area of over 15 m2. This room has a king-size box-spring bed and a second TV. Through this room you reach the rear terrace. This terrace is oriented towards the village.
The second bedroom has an area of 14 m2 and is also oriented to the east. This room has 2 box-spring beds. There is also a TV in this room.
The third bedroom is located in the middle of the apartment and has a bunk bed. This bedroom has no window.
The modern bathroom has a bath, a shower, a hairdryer and a double sink.
The toilet is separate.
The house has its own WiFi connection.
You have access to one permanent private parking space on your own closed property and a permanent private storage room on the ground floor.
