The house sleeps 2-6 people offers 110 sqm living space on two floors, with high quality furnishings. On the ground floor next to the entrance the living room with Panomamablick the lake, fireplace, satellite TV, stereo with CD deck and kitchen with a dishwasher, electric stove with oven, fridge freezer and microwave. Furthermore, on the ground floor one bedroom with double bed and large wardrobe, a bathroom with shower and laundry room.
The top floor of the area (one room with a panoramic view of the lake) into two bedrooms with double beds, a toilet, bathroom with tub.
Outside there is a garden with a terrace and a large lawn area to the lake available for use.
On the property there is also parking for your vehicle. In the carport are available for free use 3 bikes, they can hire more in place.
In addition, if required are also 2 paddle boats available, which can be rented daily or weekly basis.

Perfekter Urlaub

Sehr sauberes, schönes und gemütliches Ferienhaus mit allem was man benötigt. Es ist sehr ruhig in einer Sackgasse gelegen, eine private Badestelle ist keine hundert Meter vom Haus, die offizielle Badestelle von Strasen etwa einen Kilometer entfernt. Frische Brötchen und die nötigsten Sachen erhält man im Ort. Die Kommunikation mit dem sehr netten Vermieter hat sehr gut funktioniert.

Sehr ruhiger Aufenthalt

Vorweg! Sehr vollständige Küchenausstattung! Da hat nichts gefehlt. Das Haus liegt auf einem sehr großen Grundstück mit privatem Bootsanleger und Schwimmbereich. Vom Ess-/Wohnzimmer kann man die Boote und Kajaks vorbeiziehen sehen. Super entspannend! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappte ausgezeichnet. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Gäste fragen 1 Tag vor Anreise nach Bettwäsche, obwohl wir weit vorher darauf hinweisen, dass wir die optionale Wäschepaketbuchung rechtzeitig abstimmen und organisieren müssen. Wir haben dies höflich erläutert und dann war es eigentlich kein Thema. Schade, dass dann Gäste den schönen Urlaub nachträglich über Portale mies machen und uns nicht direkt ansprechen. Es ware auch keine 6 Gäste, sondern 4... Defekte Gartenmöbel gab es gem. unserer Information auch nicht. 2022 haben wir trotzdem erneuert und die bisherigen Möbel nutzen wir weiter... ;-)

Es ist sehr wohnlich und wirklich überdurchschnittlich ausgestattet. Die ruhig Lage, die Nähe zum See, der liebevoll angelegte Garten, die netten Nachbarn - all das garantiert unbeschwerte Urlaubstage z. B. für Gäste mit kleinen Kindern.
