The apartment features a living room with a sitting and dining area, as well as an open kitchen with a large picture window overlooking the garden. On the private, covered terrace, you can enjoy breakfast surrounded by greenery, relax on a lounge chair, or wind down the day with dinner featuring regional delicacies and a glass of Lake Constance wine.

The modern, naturally lit bathroom is equipped with a towel warmer. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm) for restful nights. Upon request, an additional sleeping arrangement can be set up in the living room, allowing the apartment to accommodate up to three people.

All windows are equipped with electric roller shutters. A private parking space is available in front of the house, and bicycles can be stored securely in a locked bike shed with an e-bike charging station. A washing machine and dryer are located in the laundry room in the basement. The town centre, with shops for daily necessities, is also just a 5-minute walk away.

One linens package is provided per guest, which includes a shower towel, a regular towel, bed linens, and sheets. The local tourist tax charged by the municipality is billed separately per night and per person.
