What makes our house so special—aside from its perfect location at approximately 1,600 metres above sea level—is its eco-friendly construction. When building this wooden house, care was taken to use only sustainable and environmentally sound raw materials. Furthermore, all sleeping areas were optimised according to geobiological principles, ensuring that nothing will disturb your sleep. The decentralized ventilation system ensures a pleasant indoor climate throughout the entire house. In addition, all electrical cables have been shielded, and mains disconnect switches have been installed in all bedrooms. 
Even people with allergies will have few (if any) problems due to the high altitude, as our holiday home offers a virtually mite-free environment—mites have virtually no chance of survival at altitudes of approximately 1,600 metres or higher. And to remove any remaining dust mites, we’ve installed a central vacuum system that blows the resulting fine dust directly outside.
We can provide you with internet access via Wi-Fi and network jacks. The Wi-Fi router is only active if you wish.
From the balcony of our holiday home, you’ll enjoy a breathtaking view that, in good weather, extends all the way to Italy and Slovenia. Our home was built and furnished with a great deal of love and offers you and your family the perfect “home away from home.”



Holiday Home:

The three-story holiday home has plenty of space for families with high standards.
From the covered parking space, you have direct access to the front door without getting your feet wet. The utility room, equipped with a washing machine and a drying rack, is located on the ground floor.
The next floor houses the open-concept kitchen with a living and dining area. With a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, stove, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, hand mixer, immersion blender, and plenty of cookware and tableware, nothing should stand in the way of your culinary endeavours. The dining area features a large dining set that offers a wonderful view of the distant landscape through the balcony doors. One of the two bathrooms, equipped with a toilet, sink, and walk-in shower, is also located on this level. The second bathroom, which is equally well-equipped, is located on the upper floor along with the three bedrooms. The bedrooms are furnished with either a double bed (Rooms 2 and 3) or a queen-size bed (Room 1), as well as closets. The beds in Room 3 can also be separated.
A cot, a high chair, and a stool for the bathrooms are provided especially for children. Of course, there are also various toys, books, and board games in the house that adults can enjoy as well



On-site costs: The one-time final cleaning fee is 120 EUR; the local tax is 2.20 EUR per night per person over 18 years of age. Our prices already include water, electricity, internet, and linens.



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00, and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.
