All apartments with us are very well and comfortably furnished.
Consisting of a separate anteroom with wardrobe, cold/hot running water, sitting area, colour TV with Full HD TV, free Wi-Fi Internet reception in each apartment. Tea towels and shower towels as well as bed linen are provided and replaced on request.
Seating deck chairs with cushions and tables on south-east balcony.
We are an inclusive establishment. Our guests receive the Millstätter-Inclusive-Card from us free of charge.
Our house is quietly located near the forest and lake, 300m as the crow flies from the lake and the romantic nature park on the lake, only local traffic.
Your car is parked directly behind the house in an asphalt car park.

Costs on site: Bread roll service is available, use of washing machine is permitted. We are an inclusive business. Our guests receive the Millstätter-Inclusive-Card from us free of charge. Sunbathing lawn, deck chairs, sun terrace, garden terrace furniture with seat cushions, a children's playground with table tennis table, swing and rings is available. No pets. Additional costs: Visitor's tax per night and person from 17 years € 2.70, final cleaning once € 50.-, electricity per KW. according to our own metre € 0.30



Arrival is possible from 14:00 to 19:02 and departure from 10:00 to 10:00.
