The holiday apartment is located in the basement of the house and features its own terrace, where you can relax comfortably and enjoy the fresh North Sea air. Access is directly through the building’s basement.
The living and sleeping area features an open-concept design and combines comfort and style in a compact space. The apartment is ideal for couples or solo travellers looking for modern and centrally located accommodation on Norderney.

Your accommodation at the Alte Teestube is located in a prime spot on Norderney—right by the sea. Your apartment faces the inner courtyard and has a separate, direct entrance.

In the unlikely event of a double booking by different providers, we can provide you with an alternative apartment of equal quality. Unfortunately, in exceptional cases and due to high demand, this may be unavoidable.

Rates

Rates are always per night per holiday rental for up to 2 people.
Bookings shorter than 7 nights: Prices by arrangement, plus a short-stay surcharge.

Final Cleaning:
To ensure every guest has a clean apartment, we arrange for a thorough final cleaning by our service partner immediately after each stay.

Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the landlord:
