Eine schöne Ferienwohnung direkt an der Promenade, die bei jedem Wetter einen tollen Blick auf die Nordsee gewährt. Die Ausrüstung ist o.k., im Einzelnen etwas in die Jahre gekommen (quietschende Sessel, ältere Waschmaschine mit Geräuschen). Der Wäschetrockner in der Beschreibung erwies sich als als klein zusammenfaltbarer Wäscheständer im Geräteschrank, den wir anfangs nicht für voll genommen hatten. Er erfüllte aber gut seine Funktion. In der gut ausgestatteten Küche vermissten wir einen kleinen Herd, den man bei Nichtbedarf auch wegstellen kann. In den Ferien ernährt man sich doch auch mal von Tiefkühlpizza, will etwas überbacken o.ä.Die Balkonausstattung weicht von der auf dem Foto ab. Jetzt finden sich dort schwere Möbel (vermtl. Eiche), für die es nur kleine Sitzkissen gibt. Die zwei Relaxliegen sind neu und bequem.Ein bisschen vermissten wir die persönliche Ansprache durch die Besitzer der Wohnung. In anderen von uns besuchten Ferienwohnungen gibt es Info-Mappen mit Begrüßung, nützlichen Tipps für den Aufenthalt (Abfallentsorgung, Adresse des Altglascontainers, Inbetriebnahme des TV u.ä.). Einzelne Hinweise waren an verschiedenen Stellen in der Wohnung zu finden. Gebündelt wäre besser gewesen. Schade auch, dass es kein Gästebuch gab.Die Betreuung duch die Mitarbeiter des Urlaubskontors Norderney war sehr gut: persönliche Übergabe der Wohnung bei Ankunft, sofortige Reaktion auf Problem mit der Heizung, gemeinsame Suche des Wäscheständers ;-)

Wohnung in Norderney

Die Wohnung hatte eine schöne Lage mit sehr schöner Aussicht. Leider haben uns aber einige Dinge nicht gefallen. Die Schlafräume waren äußerst klein, Die Betten waren sehr schmal und äußerst unbequem. Des Weiteren war das Geschirr in der Küche völlig chaotisch eingeräumt und teilweise auch nicht gespült, sowohl das Porzellan als auch die Gläser. Teilweise waren noch Kuchenkrümmel noch auf den Tellern. Wir haben alles was wir benutzt haben vorher in der Spülmaschine gespült. Am letzten Tag wollten wir die Zitronenpresse benutzen, auch die war, wie lange auch immer, nicht gespült. Sehr unerfreulich fanden wir auch, das der Flur vor unserer Wohnung extrem nach Zigaretten roch. Selbst durch tagelanges Lüften wurde das kaum besser.

Wahnsinnsaussicht

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine bessere Lage dürfte es auf Norderney nicht geben: frühstücken mit Blick auf die Nordsee, unschlagbar! Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen ist die Tatsache, dass es nur getrennte Betten gibt. Ansonsten sehr empfehlenswert.
