About this property

Cozy 1 bdrm condo-WALK to lifts! Fall 2026 is OPEN!

Super cute 1 bedroom condo + pull-out sectional sofa with two toasty remote controlled electric fireplaces, plus a newly constructed, private outdoor deck! Recently renovated interior from top to bottom with designer finishes. Literally just steps away from Parking lot 2 at Beech Mountain Ski Resort, so you can walk to the lifts from our condo. Tons of hiking and bike trails, skiing, scenic lift rides, and cool mountain air.

Our condo has walking access to Beech Mountain Ski resort for all season fun! Parking at the resort during ski season can be next to impossible, so when you choose our condo, you can park your car once and walk to ski, hike, bike, or take scenic lift rides.

The free condo parking lot can accommodate one guest vehicle. Additional vehicles can be parked in the small free town lot across from town hall.

We are also within walking distance to three restaurants and the excellent town coffee shop (poppy’s). You can even rent ski/snowboard equipment off-resort within walking distance.

So much to do, many outdoor activities, plenty of dining options and great microbrews too.

Walk to Beech Mountain Ski resort and ski village which also hosts Beech Mountain Brewing Co.

Buckeye Recreation Center is under 4 miles and the Wedding Barn is approximately 2 miles.

Beech Mtn. Visitors Center, mini-golf, and free sledding hill are 2 miles away along with multiple locations for hiking trail access. You can also enjoy everything Beech Mountain Ski resort offers all seasons to include biking, hiking, skating, skiing, tubing, dining, and the Land of Oz.

A short drive down the mountain will bring you to Banner Elk for more dining and shopping options as well as our new Alpine coaster, zip lining, multiple wineries, gem mining, Blowing Rock, Grandfather Mountain, Otter Falls, Linville Caverns, river rafting, and Sugar Mountain public golf course.

40 mins away is Boone, NC with an awesome bohemian vibe. West Main street is full of pubs, restaurants, and shopping surrounding Appalachian State University. Asheville is less than 2 hours away as well.

This is a great place to stay! It is updated very nicely and they provide you with a lot. There is a coffee shop right next door for breakfast too! It is conveniently located to Beech restaurants and shops, but if you take the trek along the windy roads, you can get to the other local towns as well. Great stay!
