Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem komplett neuen Gebäude, neben dem sich weitere, ältere Gebäude befinden, und das ist nicht verwunderlich.
Ein privater, bewachter Parkplatz kostet 10 Euro pro Tag und kostet die Hälfte des Preises an der Parkuhr an der Promenade - Es gibt also keine Katastrophe :-)
